Our Private Client Department is an essential part of our business and trusted by our clients as a key partner across the Wokingham area. Those applying should ideally have 3 years PQE, enthusiasm to grow and market Private Client services and a hunger to achieve mutual goals.
Within the role you will ensure the smooth and effective running of the department and will be responsible for:

• The undertaking of wills, probate, tax and estate planning and LPAs
• The management of your own workload and files
• The preparation of documents and wills
• Drive marketing across the department

CP Law Solicitors are a small and friendly law firm, seeking a full-time or part- time Office Administrator to join our Team in Wokingham to provide general office administration and assist our busy Private Client department. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is willing to learn, has great attention to detail and strong IT and people skills.

This essential role includes all aspects of office administration including dealing with post, switchboard and appointments, client file administration (opening/closing files) and office supplies.
